What You'll Do As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, you'll be the creative force behind stunning, functional spaces. You'll work one-on-one with clients--homeowners, contractors, and remodelers--to design layouts that are both beautiful and practical. From concept to final order, you'll manage each project with care and expertise. Responsibilities Design custom kitchen and bath layouts using 20/20 Design Software Guide clients through cabinet selections from our diverse product lines Translate ideas into detailed plans, quotes, and renderings Read blueprints and conduct take-offs to ensure design accuracy Collaborate with contractors and trades to meet project needs and timelines Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale Track orders, resolve issues, and follow up on deliveries and damages Maintain showroom organization and assist walk-in clients What We're Looking For 3+ years of kitchen & bath design experience using 20/20 Design Strong understanding of cabinetry layout, function, and aesthetics Exceptional communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities Experience reading construction drawings and blueprints Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project tracking A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive salary + commission structure--earn for your talent and results Work with a passionate, experienced team in a well-established company Be part of a creative process that brings real spaces to life Supportive management and ongoing professional development Friendly, client-focused atmosphere where your input is valued A beautiful showroom and high-quality cabinet lines to showcase your designs Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts Occasional flexibility based on client needs Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Ready to Design Your Future?
