What will you be doing? Automotive Sales Consultant Responsibilities: * Greet and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner. * Understand customers' automotive needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles * Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to vehicle delivery. * Negotiate and close sales, ensuring customer satisfaction * Stay updated on the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in the dealership * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership. * Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills * Other duties assigned What are we looking for? Automotive Sales Consultant Requirements: * Experience as a Sales Consultant, or in a similar role, but preferably in the automotive industry. * Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment. * Basic computer skills for managing customer information and sales transactions. * Valid driver's license. * Must pass pre-employment background screenings We are an equal opportunity employer.
