Position Summary Performs clerical and administrative duties related to the execution of the company's contracts, blanket orders and long term agreements. Essential Duties and Responsibilities ** Assists in the creation and delivery of customer related correspondence (e-mail, phone, letter, etc.). * Serve as a liaison with internal and external parties * Assists in the creation and delivery of quotations and customer presentations. * Assists Material Sourcing Specialist on pricing from vendors and PO entry. * Enters forecast data related to contracts, blankets and long term agreements into company ERP and MRP systems. * Creates management reports regarding the performance of contracts, blankets and long term agreements. * Manages the filing, archival and disposal of documentation related to contracts, blankets and long term agreements. * Reviews, confirms and provides data entry for customer purchase orders * Attention to detail with ability to spot errors and inconsistencies * Excellent communication skills (oral and written) * Serve as backup on sister division quotes. * Serve as phone backup. * Enter lost activity detail related to stock outages and/or pricing. * Other duties as assigned.
