Job description Customer Service Representative TGS is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Chatsworth, CA. In this role, you'll be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering a best in class customer support experience. Duties and responsibilities Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders Build and maintain customer loyalty by providing prompt friendly service. Support the sales team in a variety of tasks as required Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer's questions Entering orders with speed and accuracy according to customer's PO Escalating queries and concerns Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions Resolve customer issues within the required time period Build a strong knowledge of products to be able to provide and assist customers with technical information Skills and qualifications Interpersonal and customer service skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Multitasking and organizational skills Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily Ability to share work among a customer service team Attentiveness and patience Time-management skills Ability to find the positive in any situation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Employee safety is #1.
