Join the Chrisally Events & Party Rentals Team! We're a fast-growing, family-owned event rental company with over 13 years of experience bringing fun to communities across North Georgia. We're looking for a motivated, friendly, and responsible Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join our team full time. What You 'll Do: * Answer incoming customer calls and assist with questions * Create and manage rental reservations * Upsell additional products and services to maximize value * Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care * Call prospects and existing customers to close reservations * Follow up on quotes and leads * Finalize and close sales * Help with other sales and customer service-related tasks as needed * Be flexible, we will need help on warehouse related duties, events and more. What We 're Looking For: * Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality * Strong communication and sales skills * Goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude * Detail-oriented and organized * Responsible and reliable with own transportation * (English/Spanish) preferred , but not required * Previous customer service or sales * Not afraid of physical work, Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week Shift: * Day shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities Application Question(s): * Do you live within 10 miles from Woodstock, GA?
