Job Overview We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. This role involves generating leads, setting appointments, and managing client relationships to drive advertising sales for our luxury lifestyle magazine. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales skills, the ability to build rapport with business owners, and a passion for business development. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue businesses interested in advertising within our community * Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and in-person visits to generate leads, set appointments and close business. * Overcome gatekeeper resistance and schedule meetings with decision-makers * Present our magazine's advertising solutions effectively and persuasively * Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction * Work closely with the sales team to transition appointments into closed deals Requirements * Previous sales experience is required (advertising sales, real estate, or commission-based roles preferred) * Strong communication and persuasive presentation skills * Proven ability to close sales and generate new business * Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads effectively * Self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven * Proficiency in Spanish is a plus Compensation & Benefits * Commission-based pay structure with a monthly stipend * First-year earning potential: $40,000 - $50,000 * Performance bonuses * Monthly stipend provided to support lead generation efforts * Weekly sales training, coaching, and support to help you succeed * Opportunity for career advancement as our company continues to grow Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote (Must be based within 20 miles of Woodstock, GA) Work Schedule: Morning/Day Shift Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in Woodstock, GA 30188
