You'll get real training, one-on-one mentorship, and all the tools you need to build your book of business in the industrial and office space sectors. What You 'll Do * Build relationships with business owners, execs, and decision-makers * Represent tenants in office & industrial leases, relocations, and renewals * Conduct market research and analyze property data to support client strategy * Tour properties, create presentations, and support proposal development * Collaborate with senior brokers and track your leads in our CRM What You Need * An active Texas real estate license (or plan to get one before starting) * Strong communication and organizational skills * Entrepreneurial mindset -- you like building things and solving problems * A genuine interest in helping businesses grow through smart real estate moves * No prior commercial real estate experience required -- we'll teach you everything What You 'll Get * 100% commission-based role -- with uncapped earnings First-year agents typically earn $50,000-$120,000+ depending on performance * Full training & mentorship from experienced senior brokers * Access to CRM, marketing, and industry research tools (we provide everything) * Collaborative culture -- not cutthroat.
