The Role: National Field Sales Manager About Golf Ranch: Golf Ranch is creating the future of the driving range through technology, design, and neighborhood service. Position Summary: We're looking for a people-first sales leader who thrives in the field. As our National Field Sales Manager, you'll drive local growth across our portfolio of sites by generating awareness, building key relationships, and creating buzz in the community. You'll open doors--at local businesses, schools, golf courses, and networking events--and pass the torch to site teams to nurture and convert interest into action. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the field, builds instant rapport, knows how to sell through service, and can lead others to do the same. Key Responsibilities: * Local Lead Generation & Sales Execution * Build and execute a scalable outreach playbook to generate memberships, events, and on-site traffic. * Develop field sales materials (scripts, promos, referral programs) and ensure site teams can deploy them. * Drive local demand through school visits, business pop-ins, and in-market activations. * Track activity and outcomes, continuously refining plays based on what drives results. New Site Launches & Local Market Growth * Lead grassroots outreach for new site launches--30-60 days pre-opening through the first 90 days. * Serve as ambassador for the brand and establish early-stage partnerships and awareness to generate leads pre-launch. * Organize local events, preview nights, and strategic promotions that set the tone for long-term success. Train & Support Site Teams * Coach GMs and AGMs on how to execute the local sales playbook and nurture leads passed from field activity. * Provide on-the-ground support, role-playing, and in-market shadowing to reinforce execution standards. * Share success stories and tactics from high-performing locations. * Track & Report Performance * Build a dashboard to track partnership activity, outreach frequency, lead conversion, and site-level results. * Use real-time data to adjust tactics, improve handoff processes, and increase field sales effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience: * 5+ years in field sales, membership sales, partnerships, grassroots marketing, or business development * Proven experience building and executing sales systems and coaching others to results. * Proven success in opening new markets, building lead pipelines, and influencing local teams. Role Details: * Full-time, located in Dallas, TX * Travel required (25-35%) * $75K - $80K + bonus + employee benefits
