About Blossom: Blossom is a Venture Enterprise of Quest, Inc. We produce candles and soaps in order to provide meaningful employment for the developmentally disabled community. The goal for this position is to generate sales and help grow the business in order to create greater opportunities to provide said employment. Responsibilities * Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers. * Cultivate and manage customer relationships. * Utilize sales reports and other data to recognize sales opportunities. * Make required, set number of cold calls to prospective customers as well as in person visits to both existing and prospective customers. * Track sales leads, contracts and progress with prospective customers through CRM. * Follow sales leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers. * Follow up with customers and provide solutions should a service concern arise. * Assist customers with questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering. * Manage point of sale (POS) and marketing materials needed for accounts. * Assist with merchandising product and managing inventory. * Submit required reports and expenses in timely manner and meet deadlines. * Ability to travel periodically to national tradeshows as well flex schedule to work periodic evenings and weekends as needed at local and regional events. * Use sales management software for sales, order and inventory management. * Relay customer product feedback to production team. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * High school diploma. * 2 - 4 years of experience in sales or related field * Familiar with use of office equipment such as the computer, scanner, fax, etc. * Ability to present in a professional, knowledgeable manner. * Ability to maintain high energy during presentations with external partners. * Ability to manage relationships to keep partners engaged and committed. * Ability to display exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage time effectively and organize independently. * Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
