Job Title: Insurance Operations Specialist Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site) Pay: $57,500-$67,500 About the Role We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Insurance Operations Assistant to support our agency with quoting and shopping a variety of insurance policies, including general liability and other property and casualty lines. The ideal candidate has a background in P&C insurance and strong analytical and organizational skills. This role will also include miscellaneous tasks and administrative support as needed. What You 'll Do * Insurance Operations: Assist with quoting and shopping various insurance policies, focusing on general liability and property and casualty lines. * Administrative Support: Provide miscellaneous tasks and administrative support as required by the team. * Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills to support insurance operations and decision-making. * Organization: Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy in documentation. * Problem-Solving: Act as a strong problem-solver, addressing challenges effectively and efficiently. * Technical Proficiency: Comfortably work with spreadsheets and multiple systems to support operational needs.
