Operating as a Franchisor, our teams are energetic, customer focused and committed to win-win solutions. We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Maryland Heights. Account Managers are responsible for fostering and maintaining the client relationship. Responsibilities include: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as the primary point of contact. * Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. * Actively monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. * Conduct multiple site visits each day to ensure cleaning services are completed to clients satisfaction. * Provide coaching and support to the franchise owners assigned to each account. * Coordinate the start up of the accounts sold by outside sales reps. * Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
