Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence within the tree care and landscape maintenance sectors. You will leverage your expertise in groundskeeping, lawn care, and irrigation to build strong relationships with clients and develop innovative strategies that enhance our service offerings. Your leadership skills will be crucial in supervising teams and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. Duties * Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share in tree care and landscape maintenance. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. * Supervise teams involved in groundskeeping, lawn care, irrigation, and garden maintenance to ensure quality service delivery. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the industry. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that effectively communicate our services. * Monitor project progress, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. * Provide leadership and training to team members to enhance their skills in landscape maintenance practices. Experience * Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within the tree care or landscaping industry. * Strong knowledge of groundskeeping practices, including lawn care, irrigation systems, and garden maintenance. * Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience supervising teams effectively. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on building relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
