Responsibilities of the *Inside Sales Representative - Bearing and Power Transmission *include, but are not limited to: * Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services * Processing customer phone and e-mail orders * Checking availability of stock and shipping dates * Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer * Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products * Assisting with warehouse duties when needed. Qualifications of the *Inside Sales Representative - Bearing and Power Transmission *include, but are not limited to: * 1+ year (s) of experience in electrical, hydraulics, pumps, bearings and power transmission, MRO, cutting tools and /or safety products preferred * Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Excellent communication skills * Should be attentive and possess a high drive to learn new product lines * Prior inside sales/customer service experience preferred * Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required * Regular in-person attendance required Additional Information: Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
