We are looking for candidates with the following skills: * Focused with problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail * Persuasive cold calling skills * Capable of developing strong relationships * Passion for providing outstanding service to your customers * Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting * Skilled negotiators that communicate effectively * Confidence and drive to not stop until the job is finished Requirements: * 2 years of inside sales experience in logistics, shipping or freight / trucking * Proven history of achieving sales quotas. * Knowledge of SalesForce (or other CRM) Compensation * Base salary of $40-$200k * 40% commission (uncapped) * 401K Matching * PTO Weekday hours, occasional evenings in our office.
