Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can handle both project management and door-to-door sales. This unique role combines the responsibilities of managing roofing and renovation projects with driving new business through direct sales. As both the project manager and sales representative, you'll manage client projects from initial contact to final completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout. Responsibilities: * Conduct door-to-door sales to generate new leads for roofing and renovation projects. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by providing expert advice on their roofing or renovation needs. * Manage projects from signed agreement to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. * Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining communication throughout the project. * Oversee project timelines, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and resolve any on-site issues. * Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring the successful completion of all projects. * Ensure accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports. Requirements: * Strong sales skills with experience in door-to-door or direct sales. * Proven project management experience, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Ability to multitask and manage both sales and project timelines effectively. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
