Krebs CDJR is currently looking for Sales Associates to join our growing team. We want our customers to love the vehicles and overall experience the Krebs Family provides. Our team members are charismatic, service oriented and intelligent, and many of them never even expected to have a career in the automotive industry. Previous auto sales experience is a plus; we will train the right individuals with a work history of building relationships with customers. Qualifications and skills: * High school diploma or equivalent * Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections &negotiating pricing * Possess strong communication skills * Mathematical skills including, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. * Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record * Must pass drug screen and background check Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * customer service: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: * Drivers License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
