The Preowned Manager is responsible for optimizing sales and profitability while overseeing and managing the operations of our preowned vehicle department. The Preowned Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales, achieving targets and ensuring an exceptional guest experience by providing leadership and effective business practices. This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in automotive sales and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities * Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales of preowned vehicles. * Manage inventory levels and pricing to maximize profitability. * Hire, train and develop a team of automotive sales consultants. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Direct and schedule the activities of department employees and monitor performance to ensure individual and department goals are achieved. * Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately. Commissions are expected to range from $72,000 to $144,000 per year based on performance.
