Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals looking to develop their leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of business management. The Management Trainee will work closely with senior management to learn about account management, business development, and technical sales while contributing to the overall success of the organization. Duties * Assist in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. * Engage face to face to establish relationships with potential clients and identify their needs. * Participate in sales presentations, demonstrating product knowledge and understanding of market trends. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth and expansion. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress. * Attend training sessions to enhance leadership skills and learn best practices in sales and account management. * Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and providing feedback on processes. Qualifications * Strong interest in sales, business development, and account management. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. * Demonstrated leadership potential through previous experiences or academic projects. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus but not required. * Ability to negotiate effectively and understand customer needs. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a willingness to learn from challenges.
