Role Overview: * Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist individuals interested in health insurance plans. * Communicate the benefits and features of various health insurance options with clarity and confidence. * Provide personalized quotes and offer expert guidance to help clients select the best plan to suit their needs. * Assist clients throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities: * Engage in outbound and inbound sales calls to connect with potential clients. * Communicate via email and text to follow up with clients and prospects. * Cross-sell additional products to existing clients, enhancing their experience with our services. * Meet performance goals and metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current in the industry. What We 're Looking For: * Health and Life Insurance license (or a willingness to obtain one). * Ability to pass a criminal background check. * Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong computer literacy and comfort with technology. * Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. * A passion for helping others and a drive for success.
