Our work environment includes: * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training * Safe work environment Automotive Sales Manager Duties: * Directing and coordinating all sales activities * Tracking and analyzing sales statistics * Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service * Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners * Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation * Developing and maintaining relationships with clients * Identifying new sales opportunities * Executing sales plans Skills: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong sales and negotiation abilities * Knowledge of the automotive market and industry trends * Organizational skills to manage customer information and sales records Requirements: * Valid driver's license * Complete and pass background check and drug screening * At least 1-2 years of Prior Automotive Sales Managemetn Experiencce Preferred * Steady work history If you are a motivated individual with a passion for cars and sales, we invite you to join our team as an Automtoive Sales Manager.
