Our mission is to improve the Toyota ownership experience by improving the insurance experience. * Job Overview: Our Insurance Learning Architect designs, develops and implements innovative learning solutions to enhance competencies across all learning levels to drive measurable revenue growth. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to create effective learning experiences and performance improvement solutions. This strategic role combines deep insurance sales expertise with instructional design excellence to create performance-enhancing learning journeys tailored to our sales organization's unique needs. Learning experiences will be through learning and performance improvement solutions and tools (instructor-led (classroom and virtual), e-learning, job aids, coaching, learning management systems and other learning technologies). The Insurance Learning Architect will foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement in line with Toyota values. Job Responsibilities: * Content Development & Delivery: * Builds engaging, interactive learning content for various formats. * Creates scenario-based simulations and practice environments that mirror real sales challenges. * Conducts needs assessments and develops training materials for instructor-led, virtual, e-learning and micro-learning formats. Ensure solutions align with adult learning principles and business objectives. * Coach sales managers on reinforcing learning through ongoing application both in the field and call center. * Consultation & Analysis: * Engages with subject matter experts to develop targeted learning strategies, assess business impact, and recommend improvements. * Actively participates in team meetings and business activities to identify opportunities and areas of weaknesses or threats. * Collaboration: * Supports managers and agents in measuring and evaluating learning effectiveness. Provides data-driven recommendations. * Innovation & Technology: * Stays current on industry trends, selecting the best tools and platforms for learning delivery. * Results & Technology: * Tracks learning outcomes and business KPIs, ensuring solutions drive measurable performance improvements. Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field. * 5+ years in instructional design or content development, with expertise in scalable learning solutions and tools like Storyline, Captivate, HTML5, Adobe Creative Cloud, and video editing. * A minimum of 3 years of experience in P&C sales enablement, sales training or learning design roles. * Demonstrated expertise in designing learning solutions that drive measurable sales performance. * Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theories. * CPLP, CPCU, CPTD, CPTM or CSEP certifications, a plus. * ARM or AINS certification preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Proficiency with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools. * Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage sales professionals. * Strong understanding of sales methodologies and buyer/customer journeys.
