Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team in the Dayton, Ohio and Lexington/Louisville, Kentucky areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales and a passion for technology. This role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating how our software solutions can meet those needs. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calling and telemarketing to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients. * Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits. * Develop a deep understanding of the technology market to effectively position our products against competitors. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and optimize lead generation efforts. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape. * Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals. Requirements * Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred. * Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. * Ability to effectively engage with clients and articulate complex software solutions clearly. * Experience with outbound calling and telemarketing techniques is an advantage. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is desirable. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving client challenges. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
