We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Representative with strong knowledge of engines, air filtration systems, and industrial/commercial applications. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth by working directly with OEMs, distributors, and dealers. A deep technical understanding of air filtration and engine systems is required. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage relationships with OEMs, distributors, and dealers. * Identify new sales opportunities in the engine and filtration markets. * Provide technical expertise to customers regarding air filtration solutions. * Present product solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales. * Collaborate with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to support customer needs. * Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to promote our products. * Provide detailed reporting on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback. Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of proven sales experience in engines, air filtration, or related fields. * Strong knowledge of air filtration systems and their applications in industrial, marine, or transportation sectors. * Experience working with OEMs, distributors, and dealer networks. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Ability to travel regionally and occasionally nationally as required. Preferred Qualifications: * Technical degree or background in mechanical, automotive, or industrial engineering. * Experience with diesel engines, heavy equipment, marine engines, or transportation fleets. * Knowledge of filtration standards and performance testing.
