Job Description The Sewell Family of Companies is always looking for talented sales professionals to join our team! Our preferred candidate should possess a positive attitude, an amiable personality, and an eagerness to surpass their potential. If you have the necessary qualities to thrive in a fast-paced and high-volume sales environment, our dealership has a place for you. We are seeking candidates with exceptional client relation experience who are highly motivated, and results driven. As a sales professional, you will guide clients through the entire process of purchasing a vehicle, starting from initial inquiries to the final acquisition. By establishing an engaging relationship with your guests and the ownership of their new vehicle, you will have the opportunity to earn their loyalty and secure them as a customer for life. Job Responsibilities: Understand and implement dealership sales process Be responsible for every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery) Present and demonstrate inventory Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports Create and execute strategies for increasing market share Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Valid driver license and acceptable driving record Background and drug screening Experience in guest services, sales, marketing, or hospitality a major plus About Our Dealership: The Sewell Family of Companies takes pride in being a place where people love to work and love to do business.
