Responsibilities: * Upholding the Massage Envy SPA brand's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy. * Answering phone calls. * Schedule appointments * Greeting members and guests upon arrival. * Promoting the Wellness Program. * Re-engaging inactive members. * Keeping management appraised of member concerns and following the manager's policies, procedures, and direction. * Confidently recommend products and services to guests based on services rendered and recommendations of therapists * Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members. * Professional work environment in a spa-like atmosphere Requirements: * Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). * Possess basic math and cash handling experience. * Have a strong phone and computer skills. * Have previous customer service experience (preferred). * Critical thinking skills, including customer conflict resolution * Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks. * Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment. * Spa Sales Experience 2+ years Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Paid time off Shift: * 4 hour shift * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift Ability to Commute: * Houston, TX 77019 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Houston, TX 77019: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
