Key Responsibilities: * Demonstrate how our reliable, accountable service will enhance tenant satisfaction and create a competitive edge for property managers. * Foster strong relationships with property mangers to ensure long-term contracts and referrals. * Utilize your sales expertise to close deals with apartment complexes, ensuring the service's continued success. * Represent DK Valet with professionalism and enthusiasm while building a strong presence in the industry. What We 're Looking For: * Experience in sales, especially in B2B or service-based industries, is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate. * A strong work ethic and self-motivation to hit or exceed sales goals. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Comfortable working independently, managing your own schedule, and taking ownership of your success.
