Job Description The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing a diverse book of business. The AM role is essential as he/she develops and maintains the relationship with our clients and provides the first line of excellent customer service. Duties include endorsements, answering underwriting requests, rounding out and up-selling accounts, renewing policies including surplus lines, renewal proposals, answering billing questions, audit disputes, and processing cancellations/reinstatements. Requirements - Applicants Must: * Have a valid Kentucky Property & Casualty license and have at least one year of Commercial Account Management experience * Be ethical, professional, intelligent, personable, highly motivated, energetic, and responsible Possess the Following Skills: * Critical thinking * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to multi-task * Organization * Have strong computer proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and management systems Our Preferred Candidate Will Have: * Knowledge of Applied/TAM * Experience with Erie, Travelers, Donegal, Hanover and The Hartford's management and quoting system * Designations such as CIC or CISR About Foundation Insurance Group, Inc.
