Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team * Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers * Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment * Have a valid driver's license * Have reliable transportation * Willingness to travel up to 100 miles (avg territory size) Benefits * Uncapped commission--your income reflects your effort * Career growth opportunities into leadership and management roles * Comprehensive training to set you up for success * A fun, energetic, and supportive team environment * Pay: $80,000 - $150,000+ per year Commission Target is $9k per month. * Travel Reimbursement Your Key Responsibilities * Travel door-to-door to increase the number of active paid residential customers within respective territory * Actively promote and sell AT&T Fiber products and services to meet or exceed sales targets * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Complete marketing campaign phone calls with appointment-based lead utilization * Build a lead pipeline through door-to-door interactions and conduct phone and/or email follow-up * Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to educate and inform customers effectively Alliance Mobile is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
