Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Manager at our New York, NY location. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for daily tasks associated with managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively engage with customers and maintain long-term relationships. Some Textile experience is required. Your total compensation package will include 50% sales and 50% commission resulting in a total compensation package range combined between 80K to 100K depending on your experience level. Note that unlike may positions, you will be assigned viable accounts right from the start which will minimize the need for cold calling.
