Duties * Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. * Perform sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients and generate leads. * Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote services. * Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with their policies. * Stay compliant with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. * Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable. * Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is a plus. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. * Must possess relevant licenses as required by state regulations OR plan on getting them in the near future.
