Position: Online Sales Manager for Amazon and Walmart (Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time promotion) ICAPIA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Sales Manager to boost our sales on Amazon and Walmart. This role focuses on managing product listings, optimizing sales strategies, and ensuring proper stock tracking and processing on these platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize ICAPIA's product listings on Amazon and Walmart. - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase visibility and conversion rates. - Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed. - Track and process stock levels to ensure availability on both platforms. - Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment and shipping. - Stay updated on Amazon and Walmart marketplace policies and trends. - Optimize product descriptions, pricing, and promotional campaigns. - Collaborate with the marketing team to run paid advertising and promotional activities. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage. - 1+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, preferably on Amazon and Walmart. - Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace tools. - Experience in inventory management and stock processing for e-commerce. - Ability to analyze data and optimize listings for better performance. - Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
