Job Overview: In this role, you'll prospect new clients, generate business opportunities, and collaborate with our inside sales team to meet sales goals. We are seeking a high-performing Outside Sales Rep to join our dynamic team! Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research. * Build and maintain client relationships. * Meet sales targets by acquiring new business. * Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to prospective clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to place candidates and track sales performance. * Represent us at local networking events and job fairs. Qualifications: * Experience in outside sales, preferably in staffing or recruiting. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Local market knowledge is a plus.
