Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Account Manager: * Engage directly with new and existing customers to build strong relationships, offering customized solutions based on their needs * Oversee customer accounts, ensuring timely updates, accurate records, and seamless service delivery * Assist the Entry Level Client Account Manager team with campaign coordination and data collection to optimize customer outreach efforts * Utilize your knowledge of products and services to make tailored recommendations that align with the customer's goals * Resolve customer inquiries and concerns through effective communication and personalized solutions * Drive growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling through proactive customer account management * Track and report customer account activity, ensuring key performance metrics are met and exceeded * Work alongside the marketing team and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and improve marketing strategies Job Qualifications for the Entry Level Client Account Manager: * High school diploma or GED required * 0-2+ years in customer service, sales, or account management * Familiarity with marketing concepts and how they relate to customer account management * Ability to think quickly and find creative solutions to customer challenges * Strong attention to detail to manage customer accounts and marketing data accurately * Able to collaborate effectively with other Entry Level Client Account Managers, marketing teams, and leadership As an Entry Level Client Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work directly with customers, making a real impact on their experience and satisfaction.
