Job Overview We (Highlands Senior Living / Highlands Home Helpers) are one of the top 150 Senior Living Companies in the US with facilities in multiple states in the South East and looking to expand our Home Helpers business. We operate 4 facilities in Georgia. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Home Care Sales Manager in Georgia to oversee the daily operations and sales for Care at home expanding our Highlands Home Helpers client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong Sales and clinical skills and a deep understanding of healthcare management, providing support in various administrative tasks. This role is essential in creating a nurturing atmosphere while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties * Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the health needs of new potential home care residents * Work closely with Executive Directors in each of the 4 Georgia Senior Living facilities to recruit employees to handle Home care needs of residents. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each resident * Monitor and record vital signs regularly, ensuring any changes are communicated promptly * Collaborate with managed care teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality * Engage in case management activities, facilitating communication between healthcare providers and families * Apply knowledge of physiology to enhance resident care and support Experience Candidates should have relevant experience in healthcare settings, particularly in roles that require strong clinical skills. Preferred qualifications include: * Background in Sales for Home Health companies would be preferred * Familiarity with medical records management and vital sign monitoring This position requires a proactive approach to managing health-related tasks while fostering a supportive home environment.
