Coyle Automotive Group is looking for motivated Sales Professionals to join our family-owned dealership! The ideal candidate will have the ability to help our customers buy a vehicle by quickly building relationships, focus on tasks, and have the desire to grow in their position. Responsibilities: * Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media. * Greet customers as they arrive and guide them through the application process. * Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads. * Contact customers daily from our lead system. * Assist customers in choosing the perfect vehicle. * Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales. * Follow up with clients on a regular basis. * Grow your business through personal promotion on social media and at local events. * Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet. * Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly. * Other duties as determined by Management. Requirements: * Must have a valid driver's license. * Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday. * Strong desire to "assist the customer". * Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections. * Quality customer service skills. * Good sales and/or customer service track record. Auto sales history is preferred, but not required. * Possess strong communication skills. * Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic. * Focus on the customer's needs to enhance dealership and personal sales. * Computer literate and have basic math skills.
