We are seeking a highly motivated Precious Metals Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, informing clients of investments strategies in gold, silver, platinum and palladium, and driving sales of precious metal products. Responsibilities: * Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and referrals. * Educate clients on precious metals investments options and market trends. * Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' financial goals and risk tolerance. * Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term relationships and repeat business. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. * Work closely with internal teams to manage customer accounts and resolve inquiries. * Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services, investments, or precious metals. * Strong knowledge of gold, silver and other precious metals markets. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Outlook. * Integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues. * Willingness to stay informed about market trends and industry developments.
