About the Role: As a Sales Team Lead, you'll not only connect with customers and close your own deals, but you'll also mentor and support up to 5 Sales Representatives to achieve their individual goals. You'll drive high performance while enjoying full team support, a proven system, and a rewarding commission structure. Key Responsibilities: * Personal Sales: Generate leads, set appointments, and close sales for our fiber internet services. * Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales: Lead and participate in field-based prospecting efforts to generate qualified leads and strengthen your team's outreach. * Team Leadership: Oversee, support, and motivate a small team of up to 5 Sales Representatives. * Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance, share best practices, and help team members grow their skills. * Performance Management: Help your team stay goal-focused and drive daily, weekly, and monthly achievements. * Customer Engagement: Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
