Job description: Next Dimension Roofing is a fully integrated turn-key Roofing installation company with multiple offices throughout Florida. Outside of the Roofing division Next Dimension Also has Divisions that cover: Commercial roofing, Solar installation, Custom/Spec home builders and more coming soon. We are currently adding experienced Roofing Sales Representatives to our team. We understand that the Sales team is the most important aspect of any organization, as such we have invested heavily in making sure that you have the best resources available to assure success. This is not your average Roofing Sales position. This is a career position for an experienced representative, and only experienced sales reps will be considered. Qualifications: * 2 years Roofing Sales experience (required) * Self-motivated and self-starter * Strong verbal and communication skills * Passionate about helping people and making an impact. * A highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest work ethic. Job Description: The Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with potential clients in their home and educating them on the benefits of Roofing. Sourcing your own leads as well as being available for company leads if you qualify to run them. Sales representatives will qualify the home, discover and provide for the needs of the homeowner and walk them through the process to achieve energy independence. On target earnings for this position exceed $100k and top earners will achieve multiple six-figure incomes. Duties/Responsibilities: * Meet and consult with homeowners on the benefits of a new roof system. * Walk the homeowner through the sales process. * Attend sales training and meetings. * Generate new vendor/customer relationships. * Become subject matter experts in all things roofing. * Maintain high close rates on company provided leads and supplement with personal leads as well as referrals. * Manage customer relationships from sale to installation to ensure satisfaction.
