Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with strong sales and customer service skills to join our team as a Sales Representative for our Product Support team. More information about us can be found below or on our website at [please apply online] * ABOUT THE POSITION This Sales Representative role functions as part of the Product Support team and is responsible for promoting and selling Hugg & Hall offerings and maintaining customer relations. In this role, you will: * Engage with current and prospective customers to promote our products and services, address inquiries or concerns, build lasting business relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Manage time and assigned territory by establishing a routine and schedule that allows for effective territory coverage and adequate face-to-face interaction with customers and potential customers. * Communicate effectively with all involved parties to ensure quotes are processed in a timely manner, jobs are progressing as scheduled, and sales targets are being reached. * COMPENSATION/BENEFITS * Competitive Compensation - Salary + Commission * Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurances and several supplemental benefits) * 401k with company match * Generous PTO Plan * Paid Holidays REQUIREMENTS * Sales and account management experience * Minimum of 21 years of age * Safe driving record * Ability to obtain a forklift certification * High School Diploma or Equivalent * College Degree Preferred * SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE: * Outstanding customer relations * Independent time management and organization * Ability to sell products and services at all levels * RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE* : Account Manager, Counter Sales, Rental Sales, Parts Sales, Territory Manager * This position is deemed a Safety Sensitive job for purposes of the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment, the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act and the Louisiana Therapeutic Marijuana Act. * PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS This position will mostly be working Ain operating facilities and outdoors traveling to numerous customer locations. The employee will encounter varying weather conditions and temperatures. The normal auto hazards will apply. This position is continuously required to talk or hear; regularly required to sit, stand, walk, or climb. This position will frequently use hands to type and requires sitting at a computer desk for extended periods of time with frequent use of computer keyboard. Must be able to frequently lift up to 100 pounds.
