We are seeking a driven, service-oriented Hotel Staffing Account Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and client relationships at assigned hotel properties. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast- paced, field-based environment and understands the importance of execution, communication, and leadership. Position Summary The Hotel Staffing Account Manager is responsible for managing assigned hotel accounts, ensuring staffing levels are met, client expectations are exceeded, and field employees are engaged and productive. The role includes workforce oversight, client communication, issue resolution, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hotel clients (typically 7-12 properties) * Manage daily staffing needs, ensuring appropriate labor coverage for housekeeping, public space, janitorial, and other roles * Help recruit, onboard, and supervise field staff with the support of recruiters and back-office team * Monitor employee performance, attendance, and compliance with client standards * Conduct regular site visits to build relationships with GMs and department heads * Resolve employee and client issues quickly and professionally * Maintain labor hours, headcount reports, and timekeeping accuracy using WorkRecords or JoinedUp * Assist with payroll accuracy and verify time submissions * Communicate regularly with Zone Directors, AR team, and recruiters regarding client needs and updates * Track and report weekly account performance (fill rates, client satisfaction, billing hours, etc.) * Identify opportunities to improve service delivery or expand the scope of work at existing accounts Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in hotel operations or staffing/labor management * Proven ability to lead and manage a distributed workforce * Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping or food & beverage operations preferred * Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills * Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required * Comfortable with field-based work and regional travel * Proficiency with Excel, timekeeping platforms (WorkRecords, JoinedUp), and CRM or scheduling software * Strong customer service mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Health insurance * Paid time off * Tuition reimbursement Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * On call * Weekends as needed Experience: * Hospitality: 5 years (Required) * Account management: 5 years (Required) * Staff augmentation: 3 years (Required) Language: * Bilingual (Required) Ability to Commute: * Atlanta, GA 30341 (Preferred) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
