Excited to add a Fully Remote Sales Rep to our team! We have a great team of experienced professionals who have been with us for years because we believe in providing a fun and positive work environment. We believe that everyone deserves the ability to eat comfortably and smile beautifully! This role is responsible for managing leads and booking consultations onto our schedule. This is not cold calling! Qualified leads will come in through High Level (a lead management software) and you will be responsible for calling them, connecting emotionally, and booking their consultation directly onto our schedule. You will receive a handsome bonus structure because high performers should be rewarded. There is no cap on your income. A good candidate for this position should have sales confidence, emotional intelligence, work ethic, and integrity. The incoming leads are full arch patients--meaning they have severe dental issues and are seeking full mouth rehabilitations. We provide top quality service, using state of the art equipment. These patients are desperate for help and this is not a difficult solution to sell. Role: * Requires a highly motivated person with strong negotiation skills to overcome objections * Manage a follow up process by reaching out to potential patients who have expressed an interest and educate them on the process. Identify where they are in the decision making process and follow up with them * Immediately build rapport, assess patients' needs and create a sense of urgency to drive action * Hours are flexible but weekends are essential to your success Qualities that we value in candidates: * Honesty and reliability * A true desire to help others * Excellent communication skills * Willingness to learn * Positivity and enthusiasm * Spanish speakers encouraged to apply! * Previous management experience required * Dental office experience a plus We are interested in individuals looking to build a long term career.
