Role Overview : As a Sales & Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the dealership's success. This position combines sales responsibilities with finance expertise, allowing you to assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle and securing financing solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities : * Sales : Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, present inventory, and close sales. * Finance : Guide customers through the financing process, including loan applications, credit checks, and lease options. * Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, features, and financing options to provide the best possible customer service. * Customer Service : Provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all clients' needs are met and exceed expectations during the buying process. * Sales Targets : Meet or exceed monthly sales and finance targets while maintaining compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations. * Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and finance department to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process. Qualifications : * Previous experience in automotive sales & finance. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to meet sales goals and manage a high volume of customer interactions. * Knowledge of automotive financing, loan documentation, and lease options. * Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK preferred). * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
