Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential homebuyers through the process of purchasing new homes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your expertise in real estate and exceptional customer service skills will be key in helping clients make informed decisions while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with prospective homebuyers through effective communication and customer service. * Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of new homes to potential buyers. * Provide comprehensive information on available properties, including market trends and neighborhood insights. * Assist clients with the completion of necessary paperwork and documentation throughout the sales process. * Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure compliance in all transactions. * Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property management tasks and administrative duties. * Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple clients and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. * Engage with multilingual clients to enhance communication and broaden customer reach. Experience * Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred. * Strong customer service background with a proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is a plus. * Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Administrative experience that includes handling paperwork, scheduling, and client follow-ups. * Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our outreach to a broader audience. * A passion for the housing market and a commitment to helping clients find their dream homes.
