Full description of the position

JOB SUMMARY The incumbent in this position will focus all efforts on selling and marketing Advanced Diagnostics Hospital & Clinics services to PI Attorneys, and consumers. The primary focus is to grow the patient counts per day, increase the number of local businesses using our services and brand Advanced Diagnostics Sub Acute Trauma, River Oaks & East Houston Hospital & Clinics to Attorneys through face-to-face marketing and sales events. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop strategies to increase market awareness of urgent care and occupational health services in the local area. * Develop definitions of target markets, business opportunities and customers through data mining, research and experience. * Represent the company through calling on local Attorneys, medical practices, presentations or industry events and assume full accountability for the ongoing management of these opportunities. * Identify and connect with potential customers/medical offices through targeted outreach strategies, including but not limited to cold calls and emails. * Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with current and potential clients to understand their unique needs and offer suitable solutions. * Conduct informative and persuasive presentations to showcase the benefits of our services to prospective clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process and exceptional customer experience. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Healthcare Field * Three to five (3-5) years of direct sales, marketing, healthcare liaison, or healthcare admissions in a hospital environment. * Marketing for Medical Services: 1 year (Preferred) * Successful experience developing, implementing, and achieving results with sales and marketing strategies. * Strong customer service and service recovery skills. EDUCATION * Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or Healthcare Field CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE * N/A KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES * Interpersonal skills to include the ability to form constructive and effective relationships with clients and customers. * Effective verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills with ability to adjust accordingly for a variety of audiences. * Knowledge of regulatory standards, compliance requirements and hospital policies and procedures.
