Job Overview matdesign is seeking a Highly Motivated, Self Driven and Results oriented Outside Sales Representative to market, promote and sell our new to market XL- format SPC Wall Tiles and Coverings in the Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. This is a fully remote, profit-sharing role with no income cap. This role is perfect for experienced salespeople, independent and manufacturing reps, or those looking to build a passive income with repeat clients. What We Offer * 30% profit-sharing on all sales * On average $10,000 profit-share on sale of 360 wall panels * Recurring profit-share from repeat business * Training and marketing support * Build your own client base and work your own hours Responsibilities * Research, Identify, Market, Engage and Close new Distributors and B2B customers * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets. * Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings. * Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in Salesforce. * Collaborate with the leadership & management team to develop new strategies for market penetration. * Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in direct sales or technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. * Experience in territory management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and client interactions. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for continuous improvement in sales techniques. * Must have smartphone/computer and reliable transportation with proper insurance.
