Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead and inspire our accomplished sales team. This role offers the opportunity to manage sales operations, achieve sales targets, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in a vibrant and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and Develop: Manage and develop a talented sales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment. * Achieve Sales Goals: Drive individual and team sales performance to meet and exceed targets. * Customer Experience: Create memorable moments for our clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term relationships. * Operational Excellence: Oversee efficient floor management and daily operations. * Training and Onboarding: Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed. * Conflict Resolution: Handle customer and team conflicts with professionalism and care. Performance Metrics: * Sales Targets: Consistently achieve monthly and yearly team sales goals. * Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through positive reviews and feedback. * Team Development: Ensure all team members complete required training and development programs. Qualifications : * Retail sales management experience, preferably in luxury sales. * Proven track record of sales success and strong leadership skills. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
