Responsibilities: * Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and investors interested in purchasing our wholesale properties. * Send out the created marketing materials to your list of qualified buyers when a contract or wholesale property becomes available for sale. * Presenting these properties to interested buyers and persuading them to make a purchase. Qualifications: * A minimum of 1 year of proven real estate investment acquisitions experience in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. * A valid real estate agent license. * Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with buyers and industry professionals. * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. * The drive to thrive in a commission-based compensation structure. * A passion for real estate investment and an eagerness to contribute to the growth of our company.
