Account Manager - Customer Service Representative (B2B, 3PL Fulfillment) About Us Nutricost Fulfillment is a leading third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment center dedicated to providing seamless order fulfillment solutions to our B2B clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager - Customer Service Representative to join our team. Job Summary The Account Manager - Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, providing account support related to order fulfillment, new products, new sales, and order status updates. This in-office role requires an individual with strong attention to detail, urgency, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can anticipate client needs and offer proactive solutions. Responsibilities * Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support. * Provide timely updates on order fulfillment, inventory, and shipping status. * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure client satisfaction. * Collaborate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to coordinate new product launches and service enhancements. * Manage client accounts, ensuring retention and fostering long-term relationships. * Monitor order accuracy and fulfillment performance, identifying areas for improvement. * Track and report on key account metrics and provide insights for continuous service enhancements. * Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. Qualifications * 3-5 years (preferred) of experience in customer service, account management, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or 3PL fulfillment environment. * Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate client needs. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts with urgency and efficiency. * Self-motivated with a proactive mindset in problem-solving and issue resolution. * Experience working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently in an office setting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
