Summary The Commercial Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. This role involves coordinating with producers, underwriters, and clients to provide high-quality support and insurance solutions. Responsibilities * Manage a book of commercial lines accounts, including renewals, endorsements, and policy changes. * Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients. * Review coverage terms and assist clients with understanding and selecting appropriate insurance solutions. * Work closely with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and issue policies. * Prepare proposals and present renewal options to clients. * Ensure all client communications and documentation are compliant and recorded accurately in the agency management system. * Assist producers with marketing and prospecting efforts as needed. * Stay up to date on industry trends, coverage options, and carrier guidelines. Requirements * Proven experience in sales or account management within the insurance industry. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform client strategies.
