Responsibilities: * Identify and connect with qualified leads generated by the sales team. * Conduct sales presentations and discussions to showcase our B2B solutions and their benefits. * Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction. * Handle objections and concerns from potential clients with empathy and professionalism. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system. * Collaborate with marketing sales teams to refine lead-generation strategies and improve conversion rates * Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies. Requirements: * Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on closing deals. * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their business needs. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet * Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment * A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
